My Journey

When I joined Warden Hill Nutrition in late 2023, I wasn’t at my best. I felt stuck and unsure of how to move forward. But with Wayne’s guidance and unwavering support, I achieved my target weight—and now I feel better than I have in years.

This experience changed my life, and it inspired me to help others achieve their goals too. Over the past year, I’ve been training as a nutrition coach, learning not just about healthy eating but about the mindset, habits, and tools needed to create lasting change.

I’m now ready to take on my own clients and share what I’ve learned. With the backing of an incredible support team, I’m here to guide and empower you every step of the way, so you too can achieve your goals and feel like the best version of yourself.
